The Employment Office
Thank you for expressing interest in working for Modeus Designs. Please note that Modeus Designs does not have traditional employees; we work intimately with a short list of independent subcontractors on a project-by-project basis. This growing list of freelance designers and developers forms what we call the Modeus Crew. Each crew member, though a valuable and unique asset to the team, is employed contractually on a project-by-project basis. Joining the Modeus Crew does not necessarily guarantee consistent work.
While Modeus Designs is dedicated to providing affordable services, we're careful to stay loyal to our subcontractors, and compensate fairly and competitively according to their contributions and abilities. Because of the nature of the employment, Modeus Designs does not provide benefits, work space, software, or hardware. Modeus crew members work from their own homes with their own equipment.
